User Contract

Thank you for printing with Imagine Packaging LLC. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of aplusdigtallabel.com website. Imagine Packaging LLC reserves the right to update or modify these outlined terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the site following any such changes constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions as changed. We encourage review of these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.


All prices and amounts shown on Imagine Packaging LLC are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. If a user submits a request on the to purchase printing products, design services or other services, the user agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and handling fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by user with an approved payment method. We require each order to be fully paid, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable, before we begin to process an order, unless other payment and credit terms have been established. We will not start working on a print order until we receive the payment in full. Once a print job has been approved and "sent to production", changes are not allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround times. After a print job has been sent to the aplusdigitallabels.com art department, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of that print job along with applicable taxes and shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise noted.

Our Sales Tax Policy

Imagine Packaging LLC charges sales tax to orders received from within, or shipped to the state of California, unless a valid California Resell number is provided along with proper completed documentation.

Artwork Files

By submitting the artwork to Imagine Packaging LLC, you certify that you have the right to use the image or images in your artwork files. The owner of a copyright has the exclusive right to reproduce the work in copies or phonograms. Imagine Packaging LLC can ask customers to provide proof of their license to copy and sell the copyrighted material printing a copyrighted work, such as pictorial or graphic works. If copyrighted material is contained within a document being printed, it still requires the permission of the author. We will refuse an order, which, in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party and at out discretion. Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will not upload any artwork files consisting of material that could give rise and responsibility to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. Imagine Packaging LLC reserves the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.


Imagine Packaging LLC provides electronic PDF proofs on all orders at no additional cost.Imagine Packaging LLCmust receive your prior approval of any print before your order is sent to production. If you do not purchase a press printed proof, you forfeit any right to refuse this order upon delivery from Imagine Packaging LLC, for any reason related to quality, resolution, or color of printing.If a press proof is ordered and changes need to be made and an updated press proof is required by you, some charges will apply for the new press proof and shipping. We do not allow changes to artwork, job characteristics, or processing time once Imagine Packaging LLC receives your approved proof and your print job has been sent to production.

Processing Time

Standard processing time is 5 (five) business days. Processing time starts when the proofs are official approved by the customer with a daily cut off time of 10:00 AM PST. If a proof is approved after our cut off time, the first processing day will be the following business day. The following list of actions will extend the processing time by the noted amount: custom sizes requiring new dies need add a minimum of 1 (one) business day*, orders placed over the phone adds 1 (one) business day, pantone match adds 1 (one) business day, press printed proof adds 3 (three) business days plus shipping and approval time, graphics design adds a minimum of 1 (one) business day.

Imagine Packaging LLC is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time and in addition, processing time does not include shipping transit times. Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method selected.

*Imagine Packaging LLC is not responsible for die manufacturer's delays and therefore cannot guarantee 1 (one) business day processing for custom sizes. Dies purchased for a label order has a limited life expectancy and because sharpening, repair and replacement is the responsibility of Imagine Packaging LLC, we will retain ownership of all dies and the charge invoiced is an acquisition and use charge fee instead of a purchase.

No Liability for Errors

Imagine Packaging LLC is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons and not limited to misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damage fonts, punctuation, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, finished product size, if Imagine Packaging LLC did not make any changes on customer files.


You may receive overall over and under quantities up to 10%. Imagine Packaging reserves the right to change payment terms at any time. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee and all charge backs will incur a $75 fee in addition to invoice total. All Returned or NSF checks will incur a $35 fee per check in addition to the invoice total. Late payments will incur a 12% interest per invoice until account is current and in good standing. If any legal action is required all legal fees and costs are to be paid by the customer.All complaints must be registered within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of your final printing job. Should your job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects (as determined by Imagine Packaging LLC in its sole discretion), Imagine Packaging LLC will re-print your job at no charge. All materials created in producing your printed product are the property of Imagine Packaging LLC. Although these materials will not be sold or given to any other party, Imagine Packaging LLCreserves the right to distribute free samples of your printed product. Your printed product or images used for your printed product will not be used in any national advertising without your prior written consent.

Refund Policy

Each order is personal and customized, thus all sales are final. A $50 cancelation fee applies to any order placed and canceled before work has begun on order.  No refunds will be issued once Imagine Packaging LLC begins working on your order, which means Imagine Packaging LLC has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and started work on your job (i.e., your job is in production or a proof has been sent), however, if Imagine Packaging LLCverifies that an error was made, we will re-print your order. You must notify aplusdigitallable.com within 24 (twenty-four) hours from delivery about any defects. In order to receive the replacement, you must return 100% of the defective order.

In some cases, a partial or full refund may be extended to you if no work has been completed by Imagine Packaging LLC for a specific order. If you would like to cancel any or part of this order you must do so by telephone or e-mail within 24 (twenty-four) hours of when you initially place the order. Please note that such refund will be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order. Each order made from Imagine Packaging LLC is a contract between you, as the customer making the order, and Imagine Packaging LLC. Making an order on behalf of a third party does not absolve you of liability to Imagine Packaging LLC. As such, any decision by the third party not to accept the particular items printed or cancel the order the third party made with you does not affect your liability to Imagine Packaging LLC.

Third Parties

If you use Imagine Packaging LLC to submit requests for or on behalf of a third party, you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use. In addition, you must inform the third party of all terms and conditions applicable to all products or services acquired through Imagine Packaging LLC, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.

 Each user using Imagine Packaging LLC for, or on behalf, of a third party agrees to indemnify and hold Imagine Packaging LLC and, its officers, directors, members and managers harmless from, and against, any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits and claims(including the costs of defense), relating to the third party's or the user's failure to fulfill any of its obligations as described (above). The user is directly responsible for any request submitted, including related fees, charges and performance obligations.

Governing Law

The internal laws of the State of California shall govern the performance of these terms and conditions, without regard to such state’s conflicts of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the county located in Anaheim, California for all disputes arising out of, or relating to, the terms and conditions and use of Imagine Packaging LLC.

Free Shipping Promotions

Free ground shipping only applies to states in the continental United States and does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Free ground shipping applies only to orders placed through instant pricing and ordering section.
